I teach yoga, breathwork, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, trained across three separate Yoga Nidra lineages, in Jivamukti yoga, in bodywork and massage therapy, in Reiki, in Conscious Connected Breathwork and Oxygen Advantage. I bring the nervous system science and the ancient traditions into the same room, because both have been pointing at the same truth for a long time, just in different languages. Your community gets both the depth and the plain explanation of why it works.

Most people in your community are not tired in a way that sleep fixes. They are tired in a way that comes from never fully putting anything down, not even at night. This is the workshop for that particular exhaustion.
We workshop your heart's desire. Ninety minutes of guided deep rest, moving through the koshas toward the theta and delta threshold, the state the brain enters just before sleep, where the subconscious is actually listening. This is where sankalpa gets planted: a true intention set at a level willpower can't reach on its own. Each session includes a body awakening to ease into stillness, a full Yoga Nidra practice, and a closing circle to surface slowly and share. No yoga experience needed. No flexibility required. The only thing asked of anyone in the room is to lie down and let themselves be still, which for a lot of people is the hardest pose there is.
Studios bring this in because it reaches the person who feels done with vigorous vinyasa but still wants to come back to something. Schools bring it in because a room full of overstimulated nervous systems needs somewhere to land.
Wellness gets sold as a solo project. Meditation Club pushes back on that, gently. It's a monthly gathering, not a class: guided meditation, a short dharma talk, tea, and conversation cards that get a room talking about something other than the weather. Pay what you want, ten dollars suggested.
The reason this format works where a straight meditation class sometimes doesn't: the isolation itself is often what's driving people's stress in the first place. Give people fifteen quiet minutes together and then a real conversation, and something in the room shifts that a guided meditation alone doesn't reach. For a studio, this is also one of the easiest low barrier ways to bring new faces through the door who might never otherwise sign up for a workshop.
This is for the person who has tried stretching for years and still feels tight in the same three places. Passive stretching alone often doesn't hold, because the body doesn't fully trust a length it didn't have to work to earn.
Two hours of resistance stretching, an active, strength building approach, paired with myofascial release ball rolling to work loose what passive stretching never quite reaches. We move through the body's meridians, the places where tension tends to settle in and stay, using muscular engagement and intentional release instead of sinking into a stretch and hoping for the best. The result is flexibility held up by strength instead of just gravity, which is the kind that actually lasts between sessions. The two hours close in a long restorative body scan, so the body gets to fully integrate what it just did instead of leaving tensed.
Most people have never been taught that how they breathe is something they can actually change, and that changing it changes almost everything else. Regulate. Release. Return to yourself.
Breathwork isn't one thing, and I don't teach it like it is. I draw from functional breathing and Oxygen Advantage, working with nasal breathing and carbon dioxide tolerance to build steadier baseline regulation, slow flow breathing to settle the nervous system in real time, and Conscious Connected Breathwork for a room ready to go deeper and move what's ready to move. I teach the physiology right alongside whichever practice we're doing: what's happening with the vagus nerve, with blood chemistry, with the shift out of a stress response, so people leave understanding why the breath did what it did, not just trusting that it worked.
This means the format can meet your community exactly where they are. A school or a corporate group might want the steadier, more accessible work of functional breathing and Oxygen Advantage. A studio ready for a deeper container can go all the way into Conscious Connected Breathwork. Either way, it comes from the same place: breath is the one tool everyone already owns and almost no one has been shown how to use.
We practice so we can live more fully, with our hearts still intact. This is two hours of building that capacity: to stay open, curious, and loving even when life asks a lot of us, which for most people in your community, it currently is.
We move through myofascial release with therapy balls, a full body vinyasa practice, and pranayama, arriving, layer by layer, at the heart. Loving kindness meditation seals the practice. All levels. Come as you are. When we learn to reside in the heart instead of guard it, that becomes a gift, not just to ourselves, but to everyone around us who's on the receiving end of how we show up.
Most people who've tried to build a wellness practice before know the pattern: real motivation, a strong start, and then it quietly falls apart in a few weeks. That's not a discipline problem. You cannot build something sustainable from willpower alone, because willpower was never designed to run the whole show.
This is my signature method, taught live, built to work with that reality instead of against it. We clear the nervous system first, through breathwork, because the body always comes first and nothing sticks if the body is still in a stress response. From that state we drop in, writing the unedited truth, the thing underneath the thing we usually say. We plant that truth as a sankalpa during Yoga Nidra, at the threshold where the subconscious is actually listening. And then we tend it, building the smallest possible habits from the version of ourselves we just met. Systems over willpower, always.
30 to 60 minutes of practical, science backed tools for handling stress and anxiety in real time, built to be carried into daily life immediately.
15 to 60 minutes, standalone or ongoing, for a group that wants to feel calm, focused, and centered without a bigger commitment yet.
10 to 60 minutes, standalone or ongoing, to interrupt a stress response and bring the nervous system back into balance.
30 to 60 minutes of guided movement built for longevity in the body, not just flexibility for the moment.
30 to 60 minutes on nourishing body, mind, and heart, helping people balance work and life through small, sustainable daily habits.
Breath and attention are teachable skills, the same way math or reading is. I work with students and educators on regulation tools they can actually reach for, before a test, a hard conversation, a hard day. Same science as the workshops above, just translated for the people in front of me.
I also lead breathwork, meditation, and nervous system sessions for teams.
