Since childhood, when I first learned yoga and meditation in my parents' yoga studios, I've been captivated by holistic practices, seeking teachings from masters in the field. Everything I've absorbed over the past few decades in massage therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, anti-racism, behavior design, holistic health coaching, permaculture, somatic therapy, reiki, yoga nidra, and shamanism is distilled into personalized sessions.

If you’re a member of The Practice of Being (monthly 1:1 included) or The Practice Collective (with 15% off 1:1 sessions), simply log in to your account and book through our scheduling system. Non-members can also schedule sessions directly by visiting the booking page and selecting an available time.
Yes! All live group coaching sessions and workshops are recorded and uploaded to your membership portal for The Practice Collective and The Practice Being, so you can access them whenever it’s convenient for you.
