This workshop is designed to help you move better, release tension, and feel more at ease in your body. You will be guided through a practice of resistance stretching, myofascial release with massage balls, and slow flow breathing to support recovery, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Led by Daphne Lyon, a bodyworker and yoga teacher who integrates movement and recovery techniques, this session offers a comprehensive approach to improving flexibility, and mobility.

- Forest Hikes: Time on Menla’s trails to reconnect with the grounding rhythms of the world.

Daphne and Stacia have been leading retreats together at Menla since 2016, creating experiences that are grounded, skillful, and deeply supportive while honoring each participant’s inner wisdom.
Whether you are seeking renewal, strength, clarity, or time to breathe, this weekend offers space for meaningful practice in the support of community, helping you return to your inner sanctuary again and again.
Our Gentle Vinyasa class presents the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga with particular attention on the alignment in each posture and the practice of uniting breath and movement throughout the series of poses. Brand new beginners as well as more experienced yoga practitioners will benefit from this thoughtful approach to Vinyasa. You will feel both supported and challenged as this class prepares you to deepen your experience of yoga while preventing the risk of injury in more vigorous, faster-paced Vinyasa classes. All levels of fitness are welcome. No prior yoga experience is required.
