This workshop is designed to help you move better, release tension, and feel more at ease in your body. You will be guided through a practice of resistance stretching, myofascial release with massage balls, and slow flow breathing to support recovery, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Led by Daphne Lyon, a bodyworker and yoga teacher who integrates movement and recovery techniques, this session offers a comprehensive approach to improving flexibility, and mobility.

Our Gentle Vinyasa class presents the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga with particular attention on the alignment in each posture and the practice of uniting breath and movement throughout the series of poses.
