Start with a 1-minute warmup of low lunge walkouts and shaking or jumping to activate the body. Move into jump squats, forearm plank dips, bridge lifts, and mountain climbers, with burpees in between for an extra challenge. Finish with an optional 5-minute cool down to stretch and restore.
