Flow yoga to ground into your most empowered state of being. Focus on posture, strengthening, and stretching the lower body to move into a softening and opening of the heart. Ground down into the earth to feel connected to your home and your highest self. It is through this connection that all fear, worry, and anxiety dissolve as you remember your true nature.

  • Mindful movement connected to breath
  • Sun salutations to low lunge, high plank to down dog
  • Work on posture, from the four corners of the feet to the crown of the head.
  • Practice ujai breath
  • Sun salutations to crescent lunge / crescent lunge twist / twisted chair
  • Sun salutation high crescent lunge / higher crescent lunge twist / standing split
  • Camel / headstand or downward dog / savasana or seated meditation
