This powerful HIIT workout focuses on toning and strengthening the hips, glutes, and lower body—where all our creativity resides. In this session, you’ll not only sculpt and build strength but also release resistance, tension, and old beliefs that no longer serve you. The workout begins with a 5-minute warmup, including some light shaking to release tension. Then, get ready for a 15-minute high-intensity session featuring squats, push-ups, spider lunges, core exercises, and burpees. We’ll wrap up with a 5-minute cool down, including pigeon pose and back openers, to stretch out and relax your body after the workout.
