This meditation is especially supportive for grounding your focus and settling racing thoughts. Practicing while lying down may allow greater access to the breath, helping you relax more fully into the experience.

You’ll also have the option to use noting, a simple technique where you silently say “breathing in” on the inhale and “breathing out” on the exhale, to anchor your awareness and keep the mind from wandering.
