Power HIIT connected to the breath to let go of what no longer serves you so that you can live in your most empowered state of being. Strengthen the lower and upper body while working on balance and your connection to the earth.
HIIT intervals of 20 seconds of effortful work and 10 seconds of rest + burpees to complete the session.
Warm-up: walk outs | squats | isometric lunge
Intervals: Lunge to standing knee to chest | lunge to twisted knee to chest + squat | plank walkouts | kneeling squats | burpees (50 seconds on)
