  • Get grounded, coming home to your most empowered state of being, which is present in your body. The more you can ground into this home we call the earth, the more connected we feel to our community, life, and higher self. When we come home to the body, all anxiety, worry, and fear begin to dissolve because we remember how truly expansive we are, like the earth, able to hold all our thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
  • Props: mat and massage ball or myofascial release ball, lacrosse ball, or tennis ball.
