Harmony

Breathwork

10 minute pranayama (prana = life force + yama = control) practice, using breathwork techniques of nadi shodhana, also called alternate nostril breathing. This breath practice balances the right and left side of the brain and body (masculine and feminine) + settles mind, body, and emotions. Improve focus + calm overwhelm + boost energy. 

Movement

Balance + align + atune to the mind, body, heart, and highest self. When we feel in alignment and in right relation with the earth and all her beings we can show up as our most authentic and empowered sense of self. A 45 min full body balancing flow + 20 min full body HIIT tabata style workout + 30 min full body restorative flow + self-massage rolling. 

Meditation

10 minute guided meditation using the sacred sound of OM to harmonize the mind, body, and heart, for OM is the sound the earth makes when in harmony. OM is an ancient sanskrit letter found in the Vedas. Patanjali taught, "if nothing else works, just chant OM." Considered the most sacred mantra in Hinduism and Tibetan Buddhism, OM is the primordial sound of the Universe. Together we will turn our breath to sound, which activates + tones the vagus nerve, the master cranial nerve of the relaxation response, and then move into a silent meditation, listening internally to the eternal vibration of OM resonating within. 

Deep Rest

25 minute guided meditation. A deeply balancing + harmonizing + rejuvenating relaxation practice. First we ease tension with a progressive muscle relaxation technique paired with a breathing practice that activates the relaxation response, then we slow down our breath, and scan through the body as we rest back in spacious awareness.
