Full Body Self-Massage and Slow Movement | Roll, Release, and Restore

Indulge in this 30-minute full body self-massage and slow movement class, complete with a luxurious legs-up-the-wall meditation to leave you feeling balanced and restored. Using two massage balls (lacrosse, tennis, or myofascial release balls recommended) and a block, we’ll work through muscle tension and trigger points, integrating gentle stretches to enhance the release. This session combines rolling techniques with slow, conscious breathing to harmonize the body and mind.

What is Myofascial Rolling?
Myofascial rolling targets the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles and organs. By using massage balls to apply pressure, we help release tightness, improve circulation, and increase mobility. Trigger points—knots or sensitive areas within the fascia—are specifically addressed to alleviate discomfort and tension.

Benefits of Myofascial Rolling:

  • Relieves muscle tension and improves flexibility
  • Reduces pain by targeting trigger points
  • Enhances circulation and lymphatic flow
  • Promotes relaxation and mental clarity

This full body roll-out targets major muscle groups, focusing on releasing tension and activating areas of the body often neglected. End with legs-up-the-wall meditation to integrate your practice and bring a sense of harmony and calm.
