In this vinyasa flow, we’ll connect deeply with the breath and open our hearts to self-love. This longer practice focuses on safe backbends, twists, shoulder and hamstring openers, and heart-centered pranayama, guiding you to tune into your inner self. Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll cultivate self-awareness, helping you recognize your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and encouraging you to fulfill your own needs from within.

The flow begins with heart-opening Cat-Cow, shoulder stretches, and Kapalabhati and Ujjayi breathing to center the practice. Twists, side body stretches, and backbends such as Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow Pose) are included, along with a forearm stand inversion for those looking to challenge themselves. We’ll end with a soothing Savasana to integrate the practice.

Self-love is about choosing yourself, turning inward, and reconnecting with the power that lies within your beautiful heart. This practice will help you strengthen that connection and leave you feeling more empowered and aligned with your true self.
