Ingredients


  • 1/2 c tahini

  • 1/4 c maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 c cassava flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 c dark chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Mix all wet ingredients
  • Mix all dry ingredients
  • Add met and dry ingredients together and mix well.
  • Add in dark chocolate chips
  • Place dough in refrigerator for 20 minutes
  • Divide into 12 “ice cream scoop” sized balls onto a cookie sheet
  • Sprinkle with sea salt (optional)
  • Bake at 325 for 10 minutes
  • Let cool to room temperature
