A yoga flow designed to shift your relationship with resistance, transforming it into a tool for strength, growth, and evolution. Resistance often arises when we step into uncharted territory—our mind sees it as a challenge, but our body and cells recognize it as a signal for transformation. Through mindful movement and breath, this practice teaches us to embrace resistance as an ally, helping us grow stronger and more resilient.

This flow focuses on mula bandha (root lock) engagement to activate the deep core and pelvic floor, thigh and hip openers, backbends, forward folds, twists, and handstand work using wall support. You’ll purposefully explore poses that bring discomfort, training your mind to shift its perspective and work with resistance rather than against it. The session also includes psoas strengthening and lengthening with active resistance stretching, camel pose, and ends with alternate nostril breathing to ground and restore balance.

By the end of this practice, you’ll feel more empowered, grounded, and ready to meet life’s challenges with ease and strength.
