Guided breathwork practice of conscious connected breathing to breakthrough resistance. Shift your perspective on resistance to one that means you are growing and transforming. Break free from the mind’s limitations on resistance to transformation.
Shift your perspective on your relationship with discomfort when resistance shows up, especially in those first 5 minutes of breathwork.
Two opportunities to yell, roar, and make a sound as a way to release anything you are holding on to. You can always skip this part.
This breath is practiced all out the mouth, taking one inhale into the abdomen, one inhale into the chest, and one exhale out of the body.
Conscious connected breathing may make you dizzy and light-headed, or you may experience tightening of the limbs or jaw.
Tip: If you do notice a tightening of the jaw or limbs, it may mean you are putting too much effort into the exhale.
Ensure you read about breathwork before practicing, or contact me with any questions.
Practice resting on your back is highly recommended. Never practice while in water or operating machinery.
