Guided breathwork practice of conscious connected breathing (6 minutes) and self-love heart-opening meditation (3 minutes) to transform old beliefs that may get in the way of connecting with the divine love that is always within you.
Conscious connected breathing uses two effortful inhales: one into the belly + one into the chest, followed by one effortless exhale, all out of the mouth.
This practice may make you dizzy or light-headed. You may experience tightening of the limbs or jaw.
Tip: If you do notice a tightening of the jaw or limbs, it may mean you are putting too much effort into the exhale. Return to your natural breath and join in again when you are ready.
Practice resting on your back is highly recommended. Never practice while in water or operating machinery.
