Guided deep rest meditation to calm and rejuvenate the whole body, mind, and heart. A simple yet powerful practice to help ease into sleep, quiet the mind, and relax the body. 

  • Breathe deeply to let go and nourish the body, then relax back.
  • Set your intention to remain present and aware of the breath, feeling every time there is breathing in and breathing out. If your mind wanders to sounds, thoughts, or sensations, that is ok. Simply become aware of wherever the mind has gone and gently guide your awareness back to the breath.
  • Recommended to practice resting on your back.
