Joy resides within us when we are grounded and centered, and this practice is designed to boost endorphins, balance the nervous system, and create space in the body and mind for that joy to flow.
This short yet complete practice focuses on moving the spine in all six directions while opening the hips, back, and shoulders. The session incorporates spinal roll downs, folds, twists, backbends, and side bends—all guided by the breath.
