  • You can shift your state of being when you choose to practice witnessing life as is and accepting it. There is no longer resistance to push against what is occurring. Instead, you trust yourself, come home to yourself, and choose to witness, breathe, observe, and accept with an open heart.
  • Use the power of the breath to shift your state of being: consciously tense your muscles as a way to release any tension, tough thoughts, or sticky emotions. Breathe deeply in, hold your breath, and tense all your muscles; as you exhale out the mouth, release everything and breathe out.
  • Body scan with the mantra “witness and accept.”
  • Recommended to practice resting on your back
