Guided deep rest meditation to empty the clutter of the mind and cultivate gratitude, abundance, worthiness, and empowerment. 

  • Use the breath to clear out any clutter of the mind, body, or heart. Let go of tension, thoughts, old stories, emotions, judgments, blame, or fragmentation. An opportunity to become aware of what is bothering you and, through that awareness, release what is no longer serving you.
  • Set a clear intention to cultivate gratitude, abundance, worthiness, and empowerment through envisioning what it looks and feels like in the mind, body, and heart.
  • Yoga Nidra body scan / non-sleep deep rest accompanied by relaxing music.
  • Recommended to practice resting on your back.
