Shift Breathwork | Clear, Release, and Reset Your State

No matter what you are feeling in this moment, your breath holds the power to shift your entire state of being. This guided breathwork practice offers a simple yet powerful way to clear the slate, release tension, and activate the relaxation response.

You will move through a three-part breath, filling the abdomen, ribs, and chest. With each breath, you will gently hold at the top of the inhale, followed by a forceful exhale out the mouth to fully let go. This combination of breath hold and extended exhale helps calm the nervous system, release old patterns, and create space for renewal.

This practice is perfect anytime you feel stuck, tense, or ready to let go of what no longer serves you.
