Guided Deep Rest Meditation for Cultivating Your Heart’s Desire
A deeply restorative practice to manifest your heart’s desire, release what no longer serves you, and return to yourself feeling focused, clear, and renewed.
You are the gardener of your inner world.
This practice moves through three layers. First, you till the soil, using an effortful breath to clear space and release any blockages that are ready to go. Then you plant your seeds, dropping an intention into the deeper soil of your subconscious mind, the part of you that is quietly running the show beneath the surface of daily life. Finally, you nourish your garden through a body scan, settling into deep rest and present awareness where real integration happens.
When the brain slows into these deeper wave states, it becomes receptive in a way our busy waking mind simply cannot access. This is when intention moves beneath the surface and begins to take root.
When stating your intention, use the present tense as if it already exists. If your intention is abundance, silently say “I am abundant.” You will offer your intention three times at the opening of the practice and again at the close. Repetition in this state is not just habit, it is instruction to the subconscious.
Recommended to practice lying on your back in a comfortable, supported position.
