Return to Alignment Meditation | Deep Rest to Realign with Your Higher Self

This guided meditation invites you to return to alignment with your higher self through the practice of deep rest. Life changes, big or small, can leave you feeling out of sync, unsettled, or emotionally sticky. This practice offers you space to come home to yourself, to ground, and to reconnect with the deeper truth of who you are.

You will be guided through positive rhythm breathwork, setting an intention aligned with your higher self, and a rejuvenating body scan. The intention is repeated three times—first at the beginning and again at the end—allowing it to gently imprint into the subconscious once the body is deeply relaxed.

When we enter this state of non-sleep deep rest, or Yoga Nidra, the mind softens and opens, creating an optimal space for integrating new intentions and releasing patterns that no longer serve.
